The Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) has concluded the I-35 Corridor Study in Cleveland County. A virtual meeting to share the preferred option is currently scheduled for February 2026. OTA has designed the East-West Connector and I-35 Interchange to be consistent with ODOT’s study.

ODOT’s FY2026-FY2033 Construction Work Plan contains two projects to improve the traffic flow on and off of I-35 to the north and south of the EWC/I-35 project. An in-person public meeting for the project to the north of the interchange will be conducted in the early Spring 2026.
