Interchange Design and Construction
The exhibit below shows the Toby Keith Expressway and I-40 interchange. Everything shown in yellow is expected to be constructed in a single project. The interchange will have dedicated ramps for each movement between the Toby Keith Expressway, Kickapoo Turnpike and I-40. Please view the video below for more explanation on the future interchange. Construction of the project is anticipated to begin in mid-2028, but could be sooner depending on the timing of other nearby projects. The Kickapoo Turnpike and Toby Keith Expressway will be tolled. No tolls will be required for I-40.
